Health tracker devices- a boon or curse


Though these devices help us to track our routine activities and keeps us motivated for achieving our fitness goal,the other side of the spectrum is unable to show a perfect picture of it.It has increased the level of anxiety and stress in people.They have become obsessed to achieve the fitness goal.Meeting everyday health target is the only concern among people.They are not enjoying exactly what they are doing,just focusing on completing the target and at the end of the day gained stress. They have lost the real joy and happiness in doing a workout session.people have forgot that being healthy is about mental health also and not going skinny alone.
Workout which you really enjoy without stressing yourself- is the actual way of acquiring health. Don't allow your fitness band to be your health Dictator.
