Party season survival tips

Its never a good idea to enter a party empty stomach.This is the major mistake that we as a healthy eater do and hence over indulgence in party food and drinks.

Before going to a party we must  eat something like a fruit or a bowl of soup or eggs or a toast or some fruit shake or some steamed veg with low cal dips like hummus or salsa or guacamole or a handful nuts so that  it will keep you fill to a extent that you will not do over eating.In party too try to stick finger foods like tikkas,kebabs,grills etc.To keep a tab on drinks,sip as slow as possible so that refill will also take time.
