Moong and oats cutlet



Ingredients

Yellow moong dal- ½ cup
Oats-1/2 cup
Boiled potato-1 small
Amchoor powder-1 tsp
Onion-1/2 (cut into small pieces
Green chili-1 (chopped)
Chat masala -1 tsp
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Garam masala- ¼ tsp
Haldi powder- ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Green coriander- 2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Salt-acc taste
Method- Boil moong dal in 1 cup water in a cooker. Drain water and make thick paste of dal. Add all other ingredients in it and prepare 6 tikki with this mixture. Bake these tikkis on air fryer.

Serving suggestion-  Serve tikkis with green chutney.
Can Take 2 tikkis with 1 bowl of sauté veg  as a mea
