As this month starts with festive seasons and many more to come, we often end up eating sweets and fried foods, breaking our own resolution of fitness and feel guilty for that.
Here are some tips to detox after festive indulgence to get us back on the track of fitness.
1.To detox yourself you can make detox water.For this,add 2 slice cucumber,1 slice ginger,few mint springs to 2 litres drinking water and finish it in 4-5 hrs. Drink this water throughout the day.
You may sip green tea.
You may sip warm water throughout the day.
2.During your detox day keep your Lunch and Dinner light. you may include steamed veg/stir fry veg/soups/smoothies/salads.
