Liti chokha recipe

For chokha-
1medium size brinjal
1 small potato
1 big size tomato
Garlic 2 clove
Green chilli 1 no
Mustard Oil 1 tsp
Salt according taste
Green coriander
Onion -1/4th of a small onion
For litti (2 piece)
Wheatflour-50 gm
Sattu/ roasted besan – 1 tbsp
Ajwain-1/4 tsp
Garlic-1 clove
Salt-acc. taste
Mustard oil-1 tsp
Amchoor powder-1/4 tsp
Method- Wash brinjal,potato and tomato. Cut into pieces. Take oil in pressure cooker and add these vegetables and add tomato,garlic,green chili. Cook it for five minutes on slow flame. Now keep these cooked vegetables aside for cooling.When vegetables get cool mash these vegetables together and add green coriander, salt, onions and salt.
For litti
Add little salt and ajwain in wheat flour and make dough. Add garlic,amchoor powder,salt and mustard oil in sattu and mix properly .Now stuff this in wheatflour dough and roll in round shape. Now dry roast litties in oven/ air fryer.
