Weight watcher must count liquid calories.


Alcoholic drinks and cocktails with sugary mixers or syrups could sometime go upto 500 calories per glass.You may feel bloated after this, as alcohol does not enable your body to expel sodium and thus water retention.Also munching fatty foods with drink add to more calories and your regular exercise regimen may not be enough to get rid of this extra calories.
so, watch when you drink!
