Our body possesses an enormous capacity to heal itself.Disorders comes when we keep our body deprived of the basic requirements to keep us healthy over an extended period of time.The three most inevitable requirements are sleep,diet and exercise.our immune system becomes weak if any of these is lacking or not proper.Fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C which strengthens body's immune system.so our diet must contain these fruits and vegetables along with proteins and carbs.Regular exercise stimulates blood circulation and helps reduce stress.our body works endlessly to repair and regenerate.The process of self healing becomes quicker when we give proper rest to the body by directing most of the energy towards restorative and healing process.
