Weather is changing and these days we are getting nice and fresh spinach and methi(fenugreek leaves).
These leaves are a rich source of chlorophyll, a detoxifying agent that helps clear the skin, cleanse the kidneys, and cleanse and build the blood. Eating any chlorophyll-rich food  like spinach and methi will help to boost immunity, treat illness, and rid the body of unwanted substances.
You can add chopped methi or spinach leaves to atta ,add spices,onion and green chilles and can make tasty chapatis out of it.
