Most foods produced today have significantly less nutrients than those produced even 50 years ago due to soil depletion and non-sustainable farming methods. Lot of people are deficient in at least one vitamin or mineral. Buy organic foods as much as possible to compensate for this decline in nutrients.
Try to buy vegetables which look more original colour rather then brightly coloured one.
Buy non polished rice and pulses.every step you take lead to better health.
