We do wrong when we inculcate fats that are bad for our body.At this point we need to be slightly picky.Include MUFA ,PUFA and omega 3 fatty acids which are found in sesame seeds,groundnut,flaxseeds,eggs,olives,walnut, almonds.
so have good fats and be fabulous.
