Getting muscular cramps while exercising ????check it why

When you exercise you lose electrolytes through sweat.Sodium and chloride is lost in high concentration,while potassium,magnesium and calcium are lost in low concentration.This loss of electrolytes causes cramps, if not replenished.Its therefore ,always advisable to sip lemon water with a pinch of salt and sugar or tender coconut water while exercising to get back the lost sodium and chlorides instantly......
