power up your workout

Its very important to learn your after and before workout snacks to get maximum benefit from work out.Eating wrong after and before work out is not going to give you a good result that you are looking for.So a healthy diet plan is a must.Its better to have a mix of simple and complex carbs so that the release of energy during your workout is slow and steady through out the routine.For this always couple a fruit with whole grain toast.After a strength workout too our body demands energy which can be fullfilled with a protein shake coupled with a carb or a protien heavy snack with a complex carb,which must be again a whole grain .
