Dear Friends,
As you all know I am always suggesting and guiding all of you regarding diet and wellness so I need to look after myself as well.
In the quest of a recipe which is good for skin and hair I made a salad with avocado and olives though salad came out very well but i didn't like the taste of avocado,so the desire to experiment with avocado was there and finally I was successful. I made an amazing salsa which can be used as a bread spread,would like to share this recipe with you .
Ingredients- 1 avocado peeled and seed removed
1/2 red bell pepper
7 cloves of garlic
8 to 9 pitted green olives
4 green chillies
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Method- put all the ingredients in a mixer except oilve oil,churn it well take it out in a bowl,add olive oil.
use it as a spred on your toasted wheat/oat bread add slices of tomato lettuce grilled tomatoes to add fibre.
