MUSCLE CRAMPS........

Cramps are unpleasant, often painful sensations caused by muscle contraction or over shortening. Common causes of cramps may include muscle fatigue, vitamin and mineral deficiencies. It often occurs in leg. Some helpful home remedies for leg cramps are:
1.Calf stretches before bed.
2. Increasing Vitamin K because it helps calcium distribution.
3.Increasing potassium by eating a banana or having fresh coconut water, orange juice and other vegetables to relieve cramping.
4.Drink plenty of fluids to reduce the risk of cramps from dehydration.
