Tomato

Daily intake of one glass tomato juice / soup provides good amount of antioxidants to body and it also contains fibre and vitamins. It protects from dehydration and boost our immune system.It controls cholesterol level in blood and help to control blood pressure.

Spiced Tomato

Ingredients:

Tomato juice-2 cups
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Fresh mint leaves (chopped)-10-15
Lemon juice-1/2 tbsp
Salt-to taste
Black pepper- to taste

Method:

Place the red chilli powder,tomato juice,mint leaves ,lemon juice ,salt and pepper and ice in a shaker and shake well.Pour into individual glass and serve chilled.
